Lecture, communication and real Go world stories you can only hear from a pro

Yeonwoo Cho 2 Dan professional will visit Toronto en route to teaching at the Canadian Go Association summer camp. She is well known for her english language youtube channel with entertaining and informative Go content. Yeonwoo will give a lecture, incorporating technical content as well as stories from the Korean professional Go world. She has chosen material diferening from what will be shared at camp so camp attendees can also enjoy this session.

We will open the doors at 7 PM, with the lecture to start at 7:30 PM.  We'll be winding up about 9 PM with QA period and close up running until 9:30 PM. We have a space that will accommodate up to 40 people.

We'd appreciate registration on this event through the CGA web site.  If you are logged in just click the "register" button.  We need to make sure we don't exceed our space capacity, this event may sell out.  If you are not set up to register on the CGA site an email to [email protected] is also acceptable.

There will be a 10$ entry fee, cash at the door.  We can accept an e-transfer if needed.  Tea is included.  Parents of children attending who are non-players can enter with their kids without fee if space permits; if the space is filled we will need to reserve entry for paying participants.
